BIO:

Wendell has been a member of the FC Milwaukee staff since 1998. His dedication and enthusiasm for the kids, the club and the game are apparent every time he steps on the field. Wendell played soccer through his youth and High School before attending Northwestern University.

When Wendell is not coaching soccer he works at Ways to Work and spends time with his family wife Anne and kids Madeline and Max. In 2004 he became a member of the Downtown Rotary Club.

Wendell’s approach to the game reflects his thoughtful personality: “My goal is to provide an environment where players can continually learn and improve in their personal and team development with every practice and game. There are no absolutes and every game is different. I attempt to provide enough ideas and tools so that players can think for themselves to problem solve for the various game scenarios”.
